De Drinken is a guest farm in the heart of the Swartland and is ideal for the city dweller who wants to relax, swim, hike, fish (carb, barber and many other fresh water fish), take a canoe ride or do some mountain biking on the farm. Enjoy the tranquility, listen to the sound of the Fish Eagles and enjoy some birdwatching.
Our farm is situated next to the Berg River, 23 km from the nearest town of Moorreesburg and 100 km from Cape Town on the N7-route towards Namibia.

Die Hut is located on the farm Ebenhaezer in Moorreesburg. Lush green lawns, farm animals and an olive grove provides a relaxed, child-friendly environment. The braailapa and pool provides relaxation for the whole family. The guesthouse and restaurant is within walking distance of the town center making it the ideal destination for a getaway!
The original farmhouse offers nine rooms, all connected to a veranda. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, DStv, a coffee tray, free WiFi and modern decor. Wheelchair-friendly access to rooms.
Steaks, salad, seafood, burgers, chicken, pizza, dessert – we serve it all and more! Every Sunday we serve buffet. All our dishes are freshly prepared, so you’ll experience a taste sensation.

De Stalle Self Catering Accommodation is very centrally situated in Moorreesburg. Great for wedding accommodation. There is also a hairsalon, gift shop, laundrette and wine bar & deli on the premises. This location is ideal for business people to stay over.
Although this is a self catering facility, the guests can opt-in for a bed & breakfast as well. Beautiful clean rooms with high quality linen and beds.

Nestled in the Swartland district 12 km outside Moorreesburg on De Panne, a fully functional working farm, lies the interesting and cosy guesthouse Kolskoot. It is surrounded by wheat fields and situated in the middle of interesting places to see and things to do.
Kolskoot Guesthouse was a chicken coop that was originally built by the Italian prisoners during World War II (21 Sept 1944). Whilst very different in style (unique yet modern), the fully furnished and equipped guesthouse can sleep up to 10 guests and consist of a living area, cosy undercover braai area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Self Catering / Farm Accommodation
There is no electricity available in this self-catering cottage. There is the main bedroom with a double bed, a second room with two single beds. In the living area there is a sleeper couch for two people and there is a double mattress to put on top of the couch! The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, and an indoor braai. There is also an outside braai area on the stoep. Bathroom with flushing toilet, hand basin, and a spacious shower with hot water.
Activities on the farm include walks and bike riding (we do not provide bikes, please bring your own!) Quad routes are also available, also we do not provide quad bikes but you are welcome to bring your own. There is also clay pigeon shooting. For everyone else there is bird watching, book reading, being lazy, sleeping, doing nothing!

Breakaway from the hustle & bustle of city life and come relax at Soutkloof Guest House, situated on Soutkloof farm between Moorreesburg & Piketberg, close to Koringberg. It is a beautiful working farm run by father-son team Andries & Frikkie. They practice mixed farming with wheat and canola, cattle, sheep and on occasion chickens. The farm also has a variety of wildlife such as birds (small and large, including beautiful blue cranes), porcupines, foxes, wild rabbits, and a limited number of wild buck.
We offer guests a taste of farm life (if they so wish), peaceful walks, beautiful scenery, star gazing, the opportunity to do absolutely nothing, or a variety of activities within close proximity – from wine tasting to mountain bike trails, to museums. Guests can also take a drive on the farm with one of the farmers.
The entire house is rented out no matter how many rooms are booked ensuring privacy for our guests.

Have a piece of paradise at Vleidam Guest Farm. The 3 self-catering cottages come with years of history. Now renovated- the stylish, farm-style cottages was originally build in the 1920’s and still has its initial foundations. Cottage 1 and 2 sleeps each 5 people and Cottage 3 can sleep up to 4 people. The guest farm can accommodate 14 people at once. What makes Vleidam Guest Farm special is the amazing view of the Swartland and its mountains that you can see from the “stoep”.
There are various hiking trails on the farm, as well as a 4x4 trail. We provide soaps and toiletries in each bathroom as well as towels and bed-linen for each guest. On arrival the guests get freshly baked bread, rusks, butter, jam, milk, coffee, tea and sugar. The cottages are wheelchair/disabled friendly, family friendly and we offer off-street and secure parking on the farm.
